My Budget Bar is a daily money tool I created after 12+ years in corporate finance—and seeing firsthand how traditional budgeting apps miss the mark. Most tools assume you think like an accountant. I don’t. Most people don’t.

That’s why I built a different kind of system—one that’s simple, visual, and grounded in the metaphor of a bar tab. It helps you keep track of what you can spend today without losing sight of what’s coming.

There’s no app yet—just a spreadsheet and strong early traction—but the results have been encouraging. So I’m sharing it. Because no one should go broke trying to figure out their budget.
